1. What types of products do you sell?
We offer a range of digital products and online courses, including:

All products are downloadable or accessible instantly after purchase.
2. Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Because our products and courses are delivered digitally, all sales are generally final.
Refunds are only offered under limited circumstances, such as duplicate purchases or technical access issues (please see our full Refund Policy for details).
3. Can I use your templates or AI prompts for client projects?
Yes! With the Commercial License, you can use templates and AI prompt outputs for client deliverables, marketing materials, and content creation.
You cannot resell the editable files or share them with clients; only the final outputs can be delivered. For larger teams or reselling purposes, see our Agency or White-Label Licenses.
4. How do I access my purchased products or courses?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email with download links or course access instructions.
Log in to your account on our site (if applicable) to access your materials anytime.
For courses, lessons are usually accessible immediately, but some modules may be drip-fed based on the schedule outlined on the course page.
5. Are your courses suitable for beginners with no experience?
Yes! All our courses are designed for beginners and early-stage entrepreneurs. We guide you step-by-step in using AI, creating digital products, and building your business.
No coding, technical expertise, or prior AI experience is required.
6. Can I share my purchased products with others?
No. All products are licensed per individual purchase. Sharing your files, download links, or account access violates our licensing terms and may result in revoked access, account suspension, or legal action.
If someone else needs the product, they must purchase their own license.
7. Can I get multiple licenses for my team or agency?
Absolutely! We offer Agency / Multi-User Licenses for templates, AI prompt packs, and digital products. These allow up to 5–10 users (expandable) for client projects.
